Task-based fMRI Timeseries Modeling for Alzheimers Disease Diagnosis

A presentation on proposed work involving task-based fMRI timeseries data for behaviour score regression. By training our deep model with this downstream task, outlier detection can be used to single out mild cognitave impairment and severe dementia subjects. Due to our high interpretability model, biological insights can be drawn about what brain region ROIs and brain subnetworks are useful for disease monitoring and progression.
